トーキョーアーツアンドスペース（TOKAS）は、若手クリエーターの育成・支援を目的とした公募展をはじめ、様々なジャンル、アーティストによる展覧会やレジデンス・プログラム、教育普及事業など多岐にわたる活動を展開しています。 2006年に、アート、デザイン、建築、キュレーションといった様々な創造的分野で活躍する世界中のクリエーターを対象としたレジデンス･プログラムを開始しました。2014年秋に青山から墨田へ拠点を移し、国内外のクリエーターが滞在制作やリサーチを行うレジデンス・プログラムを実施するほか、提携を結んだ海外のアートスペースやレジデンス機関と相互にクリエーターの派遣・招聘を行う二国間交流事業を行っています。クリエーターの制作やリサーチ活動を公開するオープン･スタジオも年に3回開催しています。 ※一般公開はイベント時のみ。

Tokyo Arts and Space (TOKAS) is an art center dedicated to the generation and promotion of new art and culture, supporting and nurturing young talents in all fields, organizing exhibitions by international artists, residence programs, educational programs and more. We have been operating artist-in-residence programs for international creators working in creative fields such as visual art, design, architecture and curation since 2006. The residency was relocated to Sumida and reopened in 2014 as offering opportunities to international creators to engage in creation and conduct research activities. We also provide exchange residency program in collaboration with overseas residencies to send and receive creators between the institutions. Open Studio is held 3 times a year to introduce the creative activities of residing creators. *TOKAS Residency is open to the public when events are held.
